Coaching
Coaching plays a pivotal role in the development of athletes, both in terms of their physical skills and their mental and emotional growth. It not only enhances an athlete’s technical and physical abilities but also fosters mental resilience, personal growth, and ethical values. Effective coaching can transform potential into excellence, making a significant impact on an athlete’s career and life. Squash NSW coaching framework falls under the Squash Australia and World Squash Coaching WSC certification. All coaches must continue their education to ensure the most appropriate and up-to-date knowledge and coaching techniques are being used
